I get the opportunity to shout out about wedding suppliers whenever I show a photograph of their work. Here is a very, very big form. It's very repetitive but also all completely optional. Fill in the section for each supplier who deserves credit for their work on your wedding, completing whichever contact methods they seem to use most. If you complete the email for each supplier I will contact them for the other info.
