Terms and Conditions for the discount offer for Teachers.

Definitions

Photographer: Brian O'Carroll Photography, including employees, contractees and co-workers
Client: Entity, company or individual paying for the work or enquiring after the service
Photography: All work done by the Photographer, directly and indirectly, to arrange, take, process and deliver the Photos.
‍Teacher: Full or Part-Time teachers including: Learning Assistants, non-subject teachers such as those working in Learning Support, non-classroom teachers such as sports and physical education, Student Teachers, Newly Qualified Teachers; peripatetic and visiting teachers for subjects such as singing, musical instruments, drama, dance, English as a Foreign Language; other learning support roles for pupils; qualified dance instructors working in the community in dance schools.

The offer

The Offer is a discount of 16% off the price of any pre-made or bespoke wedding photography package created by the Photographer for the Client. The discount will also apply to addons made to the package during the booking process and other products bought from the Photographer up to 1 month after the Main Gallery is delivered to the Client by the Photographer. The discount will be applied using a personal code supplied to the Client by the Photographer which the Client is responsible for applying when paying.

Eligibility

The offer is open to Teachers who worked in a UK School anytime since 1st Sep 2022, or are due to begin working in a UK School this coming September.
Offer will not be combined with other offers, bonuses, free add-ons or discounted prices.

Availability

The offer is only available if the date of the wedding is one that the Photographer is free to attend. The Photographer may decline to book any wedding due to availability or a risk of not being available at the Photographer's discretion.

Final Decision

Where eligibility is ambiguous the Photographer reserves the right to make a decision about eligibility. The Photographer's decision is final. The Photographer reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time but this will not effect any signed contract made that included the offer at the time of signing.
