Have you considered a Church as your wedding venue?

Easily answered by some - but if you've assumed that you can't get married in a church because you don't 'go to church'... think again. It's not a foregone conclusion and it's not about 'becoming religious'. Church weddings look great! And might actually be much cheaper than the alternatives.

They often come with built-in offerings, like a proper pipe-organ, a local person who tends the flowers...maybe even church bells.

Another thing not to worry about for a church wedding is that the photos might come out too dark... once upon a long, long time ago (say, before 2010) this might have been a proper topic, but now we can cope — it's an everyday photographer's challenge that I can deal with.
